Delivering education based interventions to support the Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs of children
I deliver interventions to help children support their SEMH needs.
Are you home educating, feel your child would benefit from these interventions or have they been identified in their EHCP?
Are you a setting that has identified children with SEMH needs and would like to deliver interventions or for staff to be trained to deliver them?
I can effectively deliver these interventions, in your own home, school or other provisions. I’m here to give the individualised SEMH support that every child deserves.

All About Me
Delivering Exceptional Education Support
I am SENCo qualified and DBS checked. I am currently training to be an Attachment Lead. I have worked in Education for nearly 20 years firstly as a teacher (PGCE:FE) before moving into Special Educational Needs. I currently work in a primary setting working with our SEN and vulnerable learners to support their ability to learn. I deliver interventions that have proved effective in helping pupils make progress in their Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. My expertise is in Attachment and Trauma and the impact of ACES on brain development.
As an adoptive parent of a child with Attachment difficulties, Trauma and FASD I understand the need for education based interventions that support both the child and the adults around the child.
Every child is unique and by working together we can support everyone to achieve their potential.

A great introduction to how the mind works and helps children to build up a toolbox of techniques to support their emotional regulation and to introduce Mindfulness into their everyday life.
